THRIVE Life: How we use THRIVE everyday for breakfast!

Protein Shake the THRIVE Life way!


Ingredients include:

2+ cups Pacific Organic Unsweetened  Almond Milk  ~ I order by the case from Amazon

1 Tbsp Nutiva Chia Seeds ~ now carried at Costco

1 Tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Golden Flaxseed Meal ~ Costco

1 Tbsp Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar ~ any grocery store will have

1 Packet Emergen C – Raspberry is a favorite! ~ I order from Amazon

1-2 Tbsp Nutiva Coconut Oil ~ available at Costco

1 Capsule ~ Probiotic ~ remove contents from capsule

1 Scoop Idealshake Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 cup THRIVE Yogurt Bites – I used Blueberry Yogurt Bites but we have a bunch of other flavors as well, six actually.

1/4 cup THRIVE Chopped Spinach

4 or 5 Frozen Strawberries ~ I get them at Costco

1/4+ cup Frozen Bluberries or Berry Mix from Costco

If you don’t like your shake frozen you can use any of the THRIVE Fruits that we have



Everything goes in a big 32oz cup or blender if you wish.



I prefer using a stick or immersion blender since we drink our shakes right from the cup they are made in. One less thing to wash in my opinion.



Here it is! A delicious, nutritious way to start your day, get refreshment after a workout  or in place of a meal.
