THRIVE Life: Fresh Apricot & THRIVE Blackberry Crisp ~ Paleo Style

4th of July around here mean the cots are ready to come off the tree!




4-6 cups of pitted, sliced fresh Apricots. Ours are the Blenheim variety ~ a local specialty.

2 cups THRIVE Blackberries – reconstituted

3 tbsp Coconut Oil – melted

1/4 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup or THRIVE Honey Crystals – reconstituted

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp THRIVE Salt


1.5 – 2 cups Almond Flour

1/2 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

4 tbsp Butter – melted or Coconut Oil – melted

1 tsp Cinnamon



Filling ~ really easy

1. Prepare the cots

2. Mix together with remaining ingredients.

3. Place in a prepared baking dish, 9×12-ish. I used Coconut Spray Oil

Topping ~ just as easy

1. Mix together all ingredients. Mixture should have a crumbly texture. I’m lazy and did the mixing in a ziplock bag!

2. Cumble mixture over top of filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until topping is browned and fruit juices are bubbling.
