THRIVE Life: THRIVE’d up Dehydrated Zucchini Chips ~ Part 1


Dehydrating Zucchini was a new discovery for me last summer. I can’t eat chips, tortilla chips i.e. with  so dehydrated Zucchini Chips turned out to be a real boon for me. It’s my new favorite thing to have with salsa! and so good for you too!


1/2 cup fresh lemon juice – I used Meyer’s Lemons

5 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp THRIVE Chef’s Choice All Purpose Seasoning


1. 3-5 Medium to Large Zucchini – thinly sliced with a Mandolin Slicer

2. Place the sliced Zucchini in a large ziploc or Reynolds Oven Bag works too. I keep these around for marinating for beef jerky, brining the holiday turkey etc.  It’s a good food quality bag for large volume’s.

3. Add the Marinade and make sure everything is well coated.

4. Place on racks and into the Dehydrator @140 degrees for 14-20 hours. Last summer I got a super cool tricked out dehydrator from Cabela’s. Love that thing!
