Ready for the fridge and a few hours later …
THRIVE Salsa ~ from Chef Todd
3 cups Thrive Tomato Dices
1/2 cup THRIVE Green Chile Peppers
1/2 cup THRIVE Sweet Corn
1/4 cup THRIVE Chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Cumin
2-1/4 cups Warm Water
1 tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce
1-1/4 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp THRIVE Salt
1/4 cup THRIVE Cilantro
Mix all ingredients together and stir well for 30 seconds. Let sit in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before eating.
FYI~~I added in some Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Chile Powder, Cracked Black Pepper and 1 packet of Splenda.
We like stuff a bit on the hot/spicy side!
