4 Real Eggs lightly scrambled as your base or THRIVE Scramble Egg Mix If you need to put the pan under the broiler for a minute or so to make sure the eggs are set, sometimes I do that.
I happened to use Jalapeno Salami this time along with other family favorites…
Jalapeno Sliced Olives are a favorite too!
Sprinkle Shredded Parmesan Cheese on top.
Place under the broiler until everything is warm, melted, gooey and toasted….enjoy!
FYI~~I can’t eat real Pizza because I can’t have the crust. Can’t have the carbs from the bread so this is an awesome way to replace the crust with a healthy protein source and get all the awesome Pizza goodness I love!
