This is the first time I’ve used THRIVE Chopped Roast Beef.
I’ve used THRIVE Chopped Chicken a bunch of times always with good results.
My husband and I both gave this pot of soup a 2 thumbs up.
Here’s what went into the pot. Some of the stuff I just had in the fridge and needed to use otherwise I could easily used more THRIVE ingredients.
8 cups hot water
3 tbsp Beef Base by Better Than Bouillon
1.5 – 2 cups THRIVE Chopped Roast Beef
1/3 cup THRIVE Chopped Onion
1/2 cup THRIVE Chopped Celery
2-3 sliced Carrots – had fresh Carrots that needed to be used but could have used THRIVE Carrot Dices
1 diced Potato – I used a leftover baked potato in the fridge. Could use THRIVE Potato Dices
1 cup Sweet Corn – I used frozen cause I had it but again THRIVE Sweet Corn would also so the trick too.
1-2 cups Frozen Shelled Edamame
Italian Herbs to taste
Worchestshire Sauce – a splash
Garlic Powder to taste.
Bring to a boil then simmer 20-30 minutes.
Serve topped with Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
